This is a Heil gas furnace, less than a year old, worked fine three weeks ago, had a warm spell, have had air and AC off since then. Has electric ignition, but will not light after trying every 5 minutes for the last day and a half. Diagnostic light on gas valve is giving "low Pressure" indication, which it says could also mean there is a pressure switch stuck open. Where do I go from here?

Less than 1 year old. Thats an easy one. Call the installing dealer

Wish it was that easy...don't know who installed...just bought the house in May and the previous owner will not return my calls...no info on the paperwork he left either. Even if I find out who the installer is, I doubt they'll do the work under warranty due to the fact that the property changed owners.

Well, after 4 days of heating with candles and a small space heater, original owner called back with name of installer. They came out today and found the little rubber hose to the pressure switch was blocked by a piece of a gasket. Cleaned the line out and all is working fine now. And they didn't even charge me! Woohoo!!!!! Hope this info helps someone else out there!
