Insulation, Radiant and Vapor Barriers - condonation between metal roof and new r-13

hi, we are trying to remodel a bed room in an older mobil home. we tore out the old wall panels and ceiling and found only what looked like half inch insulation behind the walls and ceiling. and between several studs there was nothing. well i guessed that r-13 stapeled between all the studs would be good , so we did it.this morning i went into the room and saw a drop of water fall from the ceiling(unfinished just insulated) and found the metal above the insulation to be very wet.did we install the insulation wrong( paper out toward wall board)? or is r-13 too much for the ceilings(5 inch x14 inch )? walls seem ok. and after the sun got up the dampness seems to dry out. any thoughts would be appreciatted....randy
