I have a deck that has been neglected to the point that some of the boards have curled and pulled away from the nails. Is there a way to straighten the boards so I can attach them with deck screws?

I don't think it can be done economically. The curled boards have lost most of the moisture it had when it was new. If you tried to screw them down, the stress on the dried wood may develop cracks or splits. It may be better to replace the curled one's.
