OK, Let start with the required info:
1. SE Michigan temp currently mid 40's
2. 3 Bdrm woodsided Ranch stick built on a crawl.
3. Bryant 383KAV042091AHAJ forced air furnace approx. 3 years old.
4. Gas
5. N/A
6. N/A
7.Honeywell T8112D1005
7. It says Seven twice! :
OK, Ususally in the morning as the program kicks the heat on, here is what is happening.
Draft inducer fan clicks on.
30 seconds later the burners ignite.
45 seconds of burn and the blower kicks in
1 minute 15 seconds of burn with blower.
Blower continues for 4 minutes after the burn has ended.
Blower clicks off
Draft inducer fan clicks on.
Cycle continues until house temp gets to thermostat setting.
Thermostat says "System On" the entire time the cycling occurs.
I'm sure I left out something.
Please help!!!!
Thanks

Sounds like it is not sensing flame.. There is a flame sensor that a small metal rod that the flame hits.. It maybe in the left side of the burner.. With care. use sochbrite pad and lightly srub the sensor clean.

I tend to think it is a thermostat problem. An easy way to test is by removing the thermostat & hooking the red & white wires together. If the burners keep firing, the stat is the problem. If not, it could be any of a dozen other problems including flame sensing.

I connected the red and white at the thermostat.
Furnace still appeared to run the same. Same cycling times.
I cleaned the flame sensor. and played with the "heating type" screws on the thermostat also. Still the same. :wall:

Does this furnace have any kind of diagnostic light on the control board? On some furnaces, there is a window in the blower door thru which you can see a light (usually red). If yours has such, watch thru that window as the furnace goes thru one of it's cycles. Get the code, then open the blower door. Either on the inside of the door or on the control, there should be a key to the code. For example Blink, Blink, Blink, Pause, blink, blink, blink, pause, etc. would be a code 3. Some have this light (green) on the gas valve.

Constant Red LED on motherboard.
I disconnected the Red Lead and jumped between(shorted) the 24V and the test tab (per the label), to run the diag. tests.
Diagnostic test did not run.
Constant red comes back 2 seconds after pushing the safety switch. :wall:

I've never seen a board with a diagnostic test circuit. If the board is a Honeywell, White-Rodgers, or Texas Instruments, maybe their web site would have something on that particular board. Or maybe one of the other guys more familiar with Bryant will jump in here.
