I Have A 18 Ft Maxium With A 3.0 I/o And While Driving It Pulls Hard Left And Now The Rpm's Are Way High At A Slower Speed

look at fin on lower shift that goes in water see if the little fin turned

Correct,
Loosen and turn the Anode fin to the left to correct torque steer to the left or right it it pulls right.

Did the reset of the trim tab fix the other trouble??
