I am getting ready to install my heating/hot water system! I produced detailed drawings of the system. Could you please review and comment:

Piping looks fine, as far as I can tell.
Wiring: Why are you using Y, G, & C on a boiler system? Must admit I know nothing about the Peerless Pinacle.

You are right, I double-checked, Wires W and R should go to boiler
I didn't mention anywhere, but I have spacepak mini-duct AC system installed with ESP-2430D condensor and Lennox compressor units. I will be installing matching hot water coil ( HWC-2430D ) to the condensor/blower unit. Therefore, condesor/blower/hot water coil will be wired to the thermostat for both cool and heat

I went to the plumbing store to order materials and talked to HVAC cosultant, guy with 30 years in the industry, who was suprisingly eager to help! ( normally I run into the wall when I try to talk to pros and they sense amature, detailed drawings probably helped to aliviate hostility)
I got two suggestions that seemed usefull:
1) Don't use type L piping, but stick with thinner type M. He said, it will limit heat loses ( energy taken to heat the pipe)
2) don't use 1/2" pipe for heating coil zone nor 3/4" for water heater zone. Use 1" for zone piping, it will help with heat transfer to the zone.
3) he strongly recommended the use of boiler reset controller ( such as PC702)
I got another suggestion from him that perplexed me:
1) He was strongly against supply/return feedback ( this "closely spaced tees" configuration) he argued that at best it is not necessary and at worst it would not work right.....
What do you think?

I agree on using Type M copper (good bit cheaper & L is overkill).
Insulate your pipes to reduce heat loss.
For the indirect: 1" is probably better.
For the heating zones unless they are very long or have a lot of elbows, 3/4" is probably ok but 1" won't hurt.
Boiler reset controls are nice & can save on operating cost. Just be sure to get one in which the reset is overridden on a call for domestic hot water.
As far as the closely spaced tees: I say to do whatever the manufacturer calls for. If you don't, this gives them an "out" if there is a warranty issue.
