:) Hi I just almost finished a walkway today. Just at the end I discovered that I have to cut a 2x16x16 block . What type of tool can I use? Thanks so very much.

I don't know what kind of hand tools you've got, but the most common one you probably have is a circular saw. Go to Home Depot, Menards, Lowes, etc. and look for a masonry cutting blade to fit it. There are different kinds, so ask a salesperson. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS on the blade, such as personal protective equipment, and make sure the blade is installed the way the arrows show it should be.
They also sell diamond blades for angle grinders there. You may own one of those as well. Good luck.

Either a brick chisel, a block splitter or a masonry saw.
