New here and i need to know asap how-to.

The second floor of our shed is like an attic or a loft type thing, windows at each end of the shed and carpet on the floor. During the rainy season (right now) the roof leaks, nothing bad just plywood getting wet and dripping. Now i want to insulate the ceiling with common fiberglass insulation (3' thick) could someone explain the process of installing insulation taking into fact that in Vancouver it gets quite wet so i need to stop the rain/moisture from really rotting the insulation. I will then throw some plywood over the ceiling to finish the room.

Any help is appreciated.
