Hello,
We recently put down some ceramic tile. We did the grout and then let it sit for a few weeks. During those few weeks there was on going construction (sheet rocking) which was going on. It laid a pretty good blanket of dust over the tile. We wanted to seal the grout so cleaned off the dust and applied the sealer. It has been about a week now and we notice that it looks like the grout is very cloudy(white looking) We bought some stripper last night at home depot that said it was for stripping off the sealer to reapply. Is this common and is this sheetrock dust causing the grout to be white? Is this stripper the best way to get rid of this cloudy white look and if so, what are the steps to get our grout looking like its unsealed self?
