One corner of my house seems to have sunk a couple of inches. It was like this when I moved in a year ago, and the house is about 50 years old.
Is there a way for me to tell if it's still settling? There's one obvious crack in the drywall, but I haven't seen anything new. Also, is there a way to put a couple of extra concrete piers under the house to prevent it from going farther?
