I just purchased a manufactured home that several rooms have wallpaper over the vinyl wall board. The wallpaper is in really bad condition and I am wanting to strip the wallpaper off and paint the vinyl wall board. Can I remove the wallpaper using conventional methods or do I have to use a special product because of the vinyl on the wall board? Thanks.
