Volt tested fuse-- no electricity. So now where do I go to find the problem? I see wires going under tub and coming back out. Please help

Or as well as I know how with a volt meter. So I thought maybe the heating elment is not receiving electricity. How else could I tell if the thermal fuse or element is bad?

just connect the wires that go to the thermal fuse together[bypass the fuse] and try to start the dryer. If it starts to heat shut it off and find out why the fuse blew.Maybe there is lint in the vents

UNPLUG the dryer first.
