The issue simple, Water has breeched and come between the stone facing and the Block brick wall. It looks like a the point of the seams on the outer wall. Drying wicks were a joke.
There are large spots of I dunno looks like a chemical reaction rather than mold in the inside surface. This passes right through paint and reappears despite scrubbing and repainting.
I need to know what causes this and I also know it'll be expensive, I guess I need info on what this is and ways to prevent it, since it is going to be repaired, I need a heads up to avoid a royal raking over the coals.
