We purchased a portable dishwasher (GE) and the instruction manual states that if there is a separate vegetable spray on the kitchen faucet, the pressure may be too great for the spray and cause it to rupture. Anybody hear of this happening?? Thanks!

(PS - We're multi-posting this because we're really not sure where to put this thread, so apologies all around if this is not the place we should be.)

Never heard of that before. The dishwasher should not "create" any pressure (except possible back pressure if the DW orfices are small) and the hose sprayer is already at whatever the house water pressure is. It may just be a "safety" disclaimer to avoid blame if something should happen. Good luck.
