This stove is 2 1/2 years old Model #FEFL77ABF...seial # VF23549224.... First off, the oven would not stop heating, I tested the thermostat per MFG suggestion and instruction, it was ok so I had to replace the control panel ($147.00) ONE week later we used the self clean function, after it completed the DOOR LOCKED light stayed on, I unplugged it to no avail...also, Dr flashes and then F9.. F9 is a code for the lock, I can get the door to unlock by rotating the motor, after a minute or so F9 and BEEP BEEP... I then called Frigidaire who said because I replaced the control board MYSELF (saving $375.00) for trip and installation charges which took me a total of 15 minutes) that my warranty was VOID!!! I'm a licensed electrician and the panel was VERY easy to change out... anyway, it costs apx $200 for the trip to my house to diagnose the problem, $175 for the replacement of the board if it was bad... I threw it out in the driveway and bought a GE.... When we called for prices we were told Frigidaire is having ALOT of trouble with the electronics in their appliances so do yourself a BIG BIG favor, BUY anything except a Frigijunk!!! Alos, I am about to purchase a new fridge and dishwasher, it will NOT be Frigidaire or Kenmore now that i KNow Frigidaire makes Kenmore.. which reminds me, my Kenmore washer went on the blink too... CONTROL PANEL, over $400.00 FORGET IT!!!!
