I have a one story block house in central Florida that is about 12 years old. A 15 ft. long crack has developed in the stucco about where the first course of block sits on the slab. It does not progress around the corner of the house, and only is in one wall.
Is this anything serious? If not, how can I repair the crack when I repaint?
