dude get a professional spary foamer in. yes it is an expense but not will it only keep the room the warmest it also provides a level of safety as it will provide an almost 100% air seal against car fumes (if done professionally)

Don't count on the foam not shrinking and make sure you use 5/8 sheet rock for fire separation.

You need to create a air space...literally a second ceiling below the existing. Then, run ductwork to this space which will bring warm air into this cavity. This will certainly keep your floor warm.

This is an expensive option, but you did ask for the best way to keep the floor warm.
