I am going to lay ceramic tile in my basement. I just had the floor ground to level in the places I am laying the tile. Do I need to prep the floor with any kind of cement primer for better adhesion for the mastic? On another note, any idea how to easily cut arches on 12" tiles (am making a large circular pattern for the tile layout around a bar), I was thinking of cutting as best I can with a wet tile saw and then grinding (bench grinder) the remaining edges off to make them arched. :wall:

NO MASTIC on floors, use a good modified thinset you mix, and no pre-mixed from a bucket.:)
Any cracks, sealer or paint on this slab?:)
