I have a refridgerator that has side by side doors with a water and ice maker on the freezer door.
In front of the freezer door water seems to be coming up through the old linoleum tile. When you step on the tile waters comes out through the seams.
There has been a puddle/towel in front of the freezer side for a week.

Model# would be nice. Check to make sure the water line [may be near -under-the bottom freezer hinge]. Is not leaking.
