My kenmore canister (power mate 12 amps) beater bar is moving very slowy. I took apart the power head, cleaned inside the one bar holder, which had a lot of hair, but the one that has the belt tracking groves has a rubber insert that seems to be what is keeping the bar from turning. Pls advise. thanks!
