I have 3/4 x 3 1/4 in. teak flooring and I have gotten to the point where I cannot use the floor nailer , 4 boards and a cut board. Can I nail the last 4 boards on the tongue with 2in. 16 guage finish nails and the last board to face nail it at the wall? I was thinking I would nail it about every 3in., I'm using an air nailer. If not what do I do besides hand nailing? Thanks.

That is exactly what I do. Make sure you get the collated fasteners(meaning they have adhesive in the ends of the fastenerm that heats up when fired into the wood and stick in real good.
You can face nail so the trim hides those nails or you can use Liquid Nails urethane adhesive, to glue those last two rows to the substrate(cut your felt paper out)
