I just removed my carpets in my Living/dining and hallway. To my great dismay I have-what I think are water stains or Black spot. Is there anything on the market that would remove such unsightly stains?? or do I have to do something else like strip the entire floor? Someone told me that I would have to replace the boards that are damaged! Please say this isn't soooo!! I'm working with a limited budget and any or every suggestion would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much cl
