Hi I'm new to the site and was curious if anyone had any idea of the power output of the late 60s-early 70s Rotax 335 single cyl snowmobile engines? I have one installed in an ez-go golf cart.... i'm guessing it must have at least 20-25 hp because the cart absolutely flies, especially with big old 22" atv tires....

What else can you tell me about it? dispalcement, carb set up, water cooled or air cooled...
I knwo rotax single cylinder kart motors make about 28hp, but those are watercooled.

Jim- the motor is fan cooled, 335cc with a tillotson carb. It can't be much newer than a 1970 model. Thanks for your help!
