i'm having a deck built on a flat roof. (third floor is smaller than the second floor - ie. flat roof over part of the second flr)
i have a few questions.... i know the roof is slight sploped for drainage, so how is the deck built/levelled? how are critters kept out and drainage maintained? how will the posts for fencing be attached to the house that has vinyl siding (will it not get squashed)?
