Could Someone help me.
I'm about to start finish my basement. Their is existing insulation with vapor barrier to just below the frost line. I need to try to sound proof the entire basement, so I'll be using roxall safe and sound. My plan is to frame and then insulate all the walls.
My question is; Do I have to take down the existing insulation and Vapor Barrier before putting up more insulation and vapor barrier in the newly framed walls?

No. You can just continue the insulation all the way to the floor and then install more vapour barrier all the way to the floor. Make sure you overlap the vapour barrier seam and seal it with either acoustical caulk or vapour barrier tape. Seal your electrical boxes on the outside walls as well. But before insualting, I would install a moisture barrier (6mil poly or tar paper) from grade and extend to the floor. This will prevent possible moisture from contacting the insulation.
