Hi. We just bought an old house and many of the rooms have wallpaper that has been painted over. Some a couple of times. Even some of the ceilings have been wallpapered then stuccoed. How do I get the wallpaper and paint off and what should I do about the ceilings (the celings need repair in spots). Thanks in advance. I love this site. :p

It should be removed same as any other paper, it will just take longer to soak it off.
