As long as the wall was preped right prior to painting you should be ok. If it wasnt sanded or primed right. The paint is not going to stay well on the wall due to ahesion problems.

Latex paint requires a solvent to remove it once its dry. Oxy-whatever products are water based oxidizers. So, you should be good. If thats what you choose to use make sure you get a quality based cleaner. Not a watered down one...

Latex paint is porous and absorbent. Grease and oil stains are absorbed into paint. Solvents will remove latex paint. Grease stains on latex will require sealing the paint with a couple coats of primer/sealer like Zinnser to prevent bleed through of stains and then repaint.

Oxy-whatever products are bleaches and water-based. These are ineffective for removing grease and oil stains. Grease and oil stains require a solvent. As indicated, solvents remove latex paint.
