I purchased a house that has mint green colored siding - can anyone recommend a color to paint my front door and shutter?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!

A dark green may look good. Since beauty is in the eye of the beholder there are probably many other combinations that may work for you. Changing paint colors is fairly cheap and there is nothing wrong with buying a quart, trying it out and if it doesn't suit you try another color. :)

hard to say without seeing it, and your roof color plays an important part (what color is it?).........but the dark green idea is good, so long as it's a darker version of the mint, which might actually need to be more of a dark teal. you wouldn't want an olivey green with a cool minty green.
another option: with any house color, you just about can't ever go wrong with white trim & black door/shutters. or just white on all the trim. it's classic & safe.
