:wall: Someone pelted my dark colored car with raw egg while I was on vacation. Now it is tried rock-hard and I can't remove with: elbow grease, orange oil, WD-20, or low abrasion scrubbing. I am currently trying the soak it method, to see if I can get it to soften so I can re-apply the old elbow grease. Any other ideas?

A protein based cleaner that can be found at pet stores or local home improvement stores may work. Apply to area let sit 10-15 mins or longer if needed to soften just do not let dry. Rinse with hottest water possible. Repeated applications may be needed. Cleaning the area and reapplying wax to the area will most likely be needed.

As indicated, an enzyme digester cleaner is recommended for removing the protein of eggs. Cool water is recommended when removing eggs. A non-abrasive plastic scrubbie will come in handy. The bad news is that once you do get the egg removed, you may find that the finish remains splotchy.
