I just moved into a new place that has a dsc 1555 alarm system that has never been used. It is already wired and set to go,but I don't want to pay 49$ for someone to punch in some numbers into the keypad (ADT charges). Is there any way to find out the master code (factory provided?) or something to activate it? I'm pretty new to this, so basic level advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much!!!

If it's never been setup, the master code will be 1234. If ADT set it up, it may be set as 6321.
