where can I buy a cookie cutter tool to repair a small burnt hole in my carpet. Have tried three places catering to professionals and they refused to sell to
do-it-yourselves. One wanted to do me a "favor" charging me the outrageous price of $ 76.00 for one cookie cutter!!!
Have you any ideas?
Your help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Sylvia:
$76 to purchase a cookie cutter is a reasonable price for a pro. I change $35 per burn to fix carpets. As you can see, three burns and it's paid for.
You can either call a carpet cleaner, carpet installer or similar pro to fix the problem for you.
I gave detailed instructions to a fellow with an iron mark on his carpet. You could follow these instructions.
