HELP!! I have a very light creamy color carpet and right in the center of the floor...my son decided to draw his master piece with a "so called" washable marker. RED!!! I tried to use warm water and soap, I used my Kirby shampooer, and I am about to cry. Can someone PLEASE help me? What can I do? It happened this morning and today is Thursday 3-30-00! HELP!!!!! Call your local carpet cleaning company IMMEDIATELY. Try to keep the stain damp. Soak a dish towel is club soda and keep the area damp till they arrive. Hopefully the cleaning solution you used hasen't set the stain.
