I just want to paint wood floor in my living room and bedroom. Just make them looks like new with original colour. I need to know it in detail! Thanks!

Well if they are previously painted wood floors I'd clean them up free of all dirt and grime, scuff up the surface a bit by sanding them with some fine sanding screens on poles, sweep and rinse the powder the sanding left, and put a coat of Ben Moore's Floor & Patio Latex Enamel down
Start by "cutting in" around the edges with a brush, and I'd roll the middle with a roller on a pole

I was curious also
I assumed it was paint
But I don't really see alot of painted floors around here
