Please can someone help!

I have a stain left on the kitchen lino floor from a plastic bag. (The ink from the plastic bag design is now implanted on the floor!) I've tried bleaching it but nothing has happened. I need to remove this soon as I'm moving house and it wont look too good to leave it there! :wall:

I'm from the UK and haven't seen the Mr Clean eraser in the shops here (I'm mentioning that as I've read about this product on the net already). Any advice? Thanks. :)

Ink is generally best removed with rubbing or denatured alcohol. Test first in an inconspicuous area.

I have seen this personally before in VCT and lino floors. The ink penetrates the wear layer directly into the tile. You can try the rubbing alcohol. But i do not think it will work. Usually this condition is permanent and requires replacement.

As indicated, ink stains on vinyl tend to be permanent. If rubbing alcohol does not work, try rubbing the stain with mineral spirits or turpentine on a clean white cloth.
