does it matter much when you paint exterior house trim as long as the himidity is fairly low or at least where the paint will dry fairly pretty quickly. i like to paint in june or july but i didnt get it done. im using oil base primer and latex for a second coat .i live in Illinois.

The paints will tell you on the back somewhere what the temp at night can't go below
Some are 50*, some 40*, etc...
You'll have to use the forecasted overnight temps, the paint info, and your judgement

Oil base primer and then latex.
For some applications it is necesarry to use oil primer for the latex to give a good job.

Oil base primer and then latex?? I don't think the latex will stick to the oil.
