i'm stuck on this step. done with install and sanding --currently spot filling/sanding some small places. 600sqft of 3/4 red oak in the living room. i've heard oil/wax will provide a matte finish and a natural look. i shopped for tung oil today and only found very small bottles. danish oil on the other hand is available in gallons(i'll need abt 5). is there a big difference between the two? my next step will be to wax, or not to wax. so i sure would appreicate any first hand experience on that also. not to mention what to clean it with when it needs.
