I have a dsc model#pc1500/1550.It use to be monitored by ACME but I'm having trouble getting both the Installers code and the Mastercode.Im open to any obtions.I do have the installers manual and the defaults that I tried for the installation programming were *8 then 1500 and*8 then 8999 but these defaults did not work.Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You Cory Holton

Short of a lucky guess, your only choice is to hardware default the panel. There is no "back door" on DSC panels.
