Im wiring an ADT sounder to a normal accenta 8 alarm system. I am confused with the terminals. H+ and H- I'm assuming are for the siren output from the panel, as there were red and black wire 'cut offs' still in the terminals.

You are probably right. Given that the system you are quoting only shows up on UK websites, I'll assume that you are in the UK. I cannot find very much information on this system. Judging by the websites, this is, or was, a pretty common system, but I've not had any luck finding so much as a user manual, online.
An easy test is to put your meter on those terminals and trip it into alarm if you see 12v, and your siren is a 12v siren, they you are good to go.
