I have an old mildew/mold smell under my kitchen sick. It is dry and no water is linking. The wood cabinet floor under the sink is warped, stained and it smells terrible. It pentrates the whole house at times. Replacing the cabinets in the kitchen...is what I eventually want to do..but since I just bought the home this will have to wait for a while. What can I do to get the smell out of the wood. I can deal with the uneven wood and the stains (which are so old I know will not go away) but the smell I can't.

Do I need to replace the bottom wood floor of the cabinet under the sink? I've tried to wash it w/ TSP and some bleach..I have placed different odor/ air freshner products...everything... HELP.

Replacing the bottom of the cabnet is your best option. Cleaning will fail to remove the odor since its that bad. When you remove it check the flooring underneath that as well. Clean, seal or replace as needed. Home inspections are the best way to go prior to closing on a home. This can safe guard you against things like this...so you and the seller can either back out of the contract or work out some sort of compensation for repairs. May not sound like a big issue..but you get 20-30 small issues in one home that = 1 big issue.
