Hi,
I have just put up some wallpaper in my kitchen.
The walls had never had wallpaper and I washed them off and let them dry before applying wallpaper.
99% of the paper took well, but there are 2 small strips that are peeling at the top. The peel is about 2 inches from the top of the piece.
It is vinyl wallpaper. I tried re-wetting and re-pasting the small sections but had no luck.
Is there a way to easily fix these small sections (a side from crazy glue ... lol)
Thanks
Justin

What type of primer was applied before the paper was installed?

None. I just put the wallpaper over the painted wall. The paper was the kind you just have to wet and not apply paste

And there is the problem. The surface should ALWAYS be primed with a pre-wallcovering primer before installing. Try using some heavy duty clear adhesive to get it to stick.
