I noticed a more pronounced squealing/squeaking noise these past few weeks with the A/C running. Tonight I disassembled the blower to have a look at the motor. There were two oil holes on the motor, so I shot some lube in there. The noise seems to be a bit less now, but still there. Thinking I need a new motor, but this is (I believe) a really old (mid 80's) gas furnace. The unit says "Luxaire", I guess that's the brand. The stats off the label on the motor itself are:
Westinghouse Type FLL FR. CU42
1/4 HP 115V / 4.7A
RPM 900/850/650
S# 322P598
4 7/8" dia. 3 1/2" deep
3-wire connection to the motor
What would be an equivalent/better replacement to this motor as I can't seem to locate this model anywhere.

If you physically take the motor to any hvac supply house or motor shop they can match it up for you, no problem.
