Need input/ideas for kitchen cabinet update

I'm looking for ideas to update my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are good quality custom built golden oak, but I don't like the doors and exposed hinges. Ideally i would like to replace the doors and hardware if there is a way to match them to the cabinets. Another option is to get new white doors and paint the cabinets white. I'm hesitant to paint the cabinets because they are in great shape. Thanks for any suggestions.

Personally - I hate to cover pretty wood with paint. It's "forever".

You can get new doors and hardware easily at any of the big "box" stores... and while they may not be a "perfect" match to the existing wood.... they should be close enough for government work.....
