WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON ADDING AN INLINE SIGHT GUAGE, GETTING READY TO INSTALL NEW HEAT PUMP, IF INSTALLED WHERE, HIGH PRESSURE OR LOW PRESSURE LINE, ALSO BRAND OF SIGHT GLASS, SWEATED JOINT
OR FLARED COUPLING.

They are not needed for a regular system in homes..

They are found on larger commerial system..

Why do you want one?

jay is right.
A sight glass is used on commercial systems that use different refirgerant control devices than on heat pumps.
Your tech has to use pressure, temperature and system conditions to determine charge.
