Hi
I have moved into another property that has an ADT Accord XPC alarm fitted, the key pad is showing error code cE64313, because the alarm is not under a maintenance contract ADT refuse to give me the reset code. Has any one any idea's?
Kind regards
Alan

According to the manual on the UKHoneywell site (http://www.ademco-microtech.com/pdf/IE1-1230-B%20Book%20Feb%202001.pdf) (it's a rebranded Ademco/Honeywell system).
"To default the Master User Code and the Engineer Code press the * and # keys together within five seconds of power up. Hold both keys down for approximately two seconds until two beeps are emited. The Engineer Code defaults to 9090 and the Master Code to 1234"
