I have a 19" white~westinghouse tv that's only 1 year old. It worked when i shut it off and when i went to turn it on it did'nt.
I took the back off and seen a blown fuse so i replaced the fuse it keeps blowing. What could the problem be????

Hello, MR MAN:
The major problem with that series of television sets was the bridge rectifier in the low voltage power supply. In short, it shorted out a diode in a four diode bridge.
If you are adept at checking the system, the diode won't be hard to detect using a standard volt-ohm meter. The cost of the replacement diode is about 85 cents to $1. That, plus the fuse, should make your repairs under $5.....if you are adept at electronics. If you are not adept, it will cost you between $275 and $350.
