I have my return grill in the ceiling and I think that the suction may be a little low. How can I tell if it is and how can I fix the problem if it is?

well frist make sure your filters are clean as far as how much pull you would need a balancer to check air flow . and that means call a tech

How long are your run times??

Take a temp reading at the return and at a supply and post the results.
