I'm not familier with that model name. Is this a DSC system with an Escort module, or is this a brand name? It doesn't come up on any of my databases. If this is an non-North America brand, I need to know that as well.

This is made by Visonic. Unlike a lot of the alarm brands, the full set of installer, programming, and usermanuals can be found here on the Visonic website. (http://www.visonic.com/VisonicHomePage.nsf/sysSystemDetailsActiveByName/PowerMax?OpenDocument&LongDescription)

The factory default is 9999. I've never installed one of these units, but based on a quick read of the installation and programming instructions, I'm not sure if there _is_ a way to hardware default the panel or bootstrap into program mode.
