Hello I wonder if someone can help me! I have a Craftsman lawn tractor, it's about a 93' or '94 model the model # to the motor is 422707 and the model # for the mower is 917257561. This is the problem my idiot brother decided to mow and we can't get the belt back on properly and now when we do think that it is on right and press the clutching brake, the brake doesn't work.
If someone can please help me before I go nuts and throw the mower I would realy appreciate it. :mad:

Did the brake work before? You can type in your model# on http://www3.sears.com and have a look at how the belt is routed.
