You may want to try getting a can of compressed air that is used to clean keyboards with. Some will freeze the white out then you can gently scrape away. Or you can try a solvent cleaner such as rubbing alcohol applied to a rag and blot.

Acetone is recommended for White Out removal. Test first in inconspicuous place for ill effects before proceeding. After scraping off as much as possible with dull knife or spoon, blot from outside toward middle of stain to prevent spreading. Use a white rag for blotting to prevent imparting dyes to the fabric.
