Help!! Is there a manufacturer who makes standard sized, ready-made, solar weave interior shades? Thse are made of a vinyl-type woven favric, with small holes between the threads. They allow a partial view. I have priced many custom ones, and the least expensive one I can find is $75.00. I have 8 windows measuring: 36"w X 64"l. I would be very happy to find them in any nutral color. The less effcient, 75% solar blocking type is just fine.
Does anyone know if this fabric can be purchsed, and the shades made DIY? That would also mean I have to have the roller mech. Is this also available for DIYers?

Annette, I looked at Penny's shades and I don't think they are the same as Anna05 is talking about.

they're called Solar Mesh Roller Shades.

I sell "Sheer Weave" made by Phifer and it come in degrees of light transmission. I retail a 36" X 64" at about $100.00. There must be a difference with the $15.00 Penny's shade!!!!
